1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pinchy ("the Service"), operated by QuantaCodes Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pinchy is an autonomous AI SEO agent platform that monitors websites, runs daily audits, submits URLs for indexing, and provides SEO insights via Telegram and other messaging platforms. The Service uses AI models to analyze and report on your website's SEO health.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Use the Service to monitor websites you do not own or have authorization to monitor
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
• Abuse API rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions

5. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We operate in read-only mode — we never modify your Google Search Console, website, or any connected services.

7. API Credentials

You are responsible for the API credentials you provide to the Service. We encrypt all credentials using AES-256-GCM encryption. You may revoke access at any time by removing your credentials from the platform.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by QuantaCodes Solutions. You retain ownership of your data and content. We claim no intellectual property rights over your SEO data or reports.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gujarat, India.
